What is kobido massage

Kobido massage is a Japanese technique that is applied to the face and neck area. It is a great alternative to aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery procedures. The main task of the kobido massage is primarily to reduce tension that may freeze the muscles and their functions. The complexity of the massage and the intensity of the techniques that affect the deeper layers of the skin and muscles significantly increase the energy flow in the face, which in turn gives the effect of a natural lifting.

Kobido massage is a completely natural and non-invasive alternative for anyone who feels fear of needles or cannot use a surgical face lift. The ritual is extremely relaxing and soothing. Massage affects many areas of the body, from the deltoid muscles, through the neckline, neck, back, head and face. The great advantage of the kobido massage is also the fact that the effects are visible practically after the first treatment. In order to enjoy the results longer, it is worth repeating the entire treatment at least once a week.

The treatment itself consists of a deep massage performed on the surface of the skin. It comes from traditional Chinese medical assumptions. Slow movements during the massage are to relax and unwind the patient. The masseur’s quick, decisive and deep movements are a way to stimulate the skin and produce ingredients that contribute to the lifting effect.

About our Team

Hello, my name is Ania, and I would like to share with you my passion for Kobido – a Japanese face lifting massage.

My adventure with Kobido started during holidays, when I met a wonderful woman – Joanna – a person with a great passion and immense knowledge of the matter. It was her, who performed my first few Kobido massages. I fell in love with this massage technique. Joanna passed her passion on to me; she helped me with the beginnings and organisation.

I have completed a training at the MENOS Academy of Massage Art, where I learned the secrets of massage. It involved a lot of hard work, which, at the same time, gave me great joy and intensified my desire to learn more and more… I am already after the second training level up with master Kobido and transbucal massage (intermouth) at the Mister Kobido Academy in Warsaw. In addition to Kobido massage I do relaxing massage, hot stone massage as well as massage for muscle pain and anti-cellulite performed with a Chinese cupping massage. I am now a qualified Kobido massagist.

This is not where it ends, though. I want to keep developing my skills and I am planning the next training soon.
